What is the economic implication in the following two verses: Surah Al-An'am, verse 151, and Surah Al-Isra, verse 31?

The two noble verses: (Say, "Come, I will recite what your Lord has prohibited to you. [He commands] that you not associate anything with Him, and to parents, good treatment, and do not kill your children for fear of poverty; We provide for you and for them") [Al-An'am: 151] and (And do not kill your children for fear of poverty. We provide for them and for you. Indeed, their killing is ever a great sin) [Al-Isra: 31], address the prohibition of killing children due to poverty. The verse in Al-An'am prohibits killing due to existing poverty (for fear of poverty - مِنْ إِمْلاقٍ), while the verse in Al-Isra prohibits killing for fear of future poverty (for fear of poverty - خَشْيَةَ إِمْلاقٍ). Each verse concludes with what suits its context: In Al-An'am, it says: (We provide for you and for them) because poverty affects both parents and children. In Al-Isra, it says: (We provide for them and for you) to reassure the parents that the provision for their children is guaranteed. For Allah provides for every newborn, as stated in the noble Hadith.
