Who is the Companion who entered Paradise yet never prayed?

The Companion referred to is Amr ibn Aqish. He had a debt from the pre-Islamic era (Jahiliyyah) and disliked converting to Islam until he could collect it. Then came the Day of Uhud, and he participated in the fighting until he was wounded. Before his death, Sa'd ibn Mu'adh asked him if he was fighting out of tribal zeal, or out of anger towards them, or out of anger for the sake of Allah. He replied, "Rather, out of anger for the sake of Allah and His Messenger." He then died and entered Paradise, though he had not performed a single prayer for Allah. He is also known as Amr ibn Thabit ibn Waqash, or Asram ibn Abd al-Ashhal.
