The answer

You must repent and abandon obsessive thoughts, and occupy yourself with remembrance of Allah (dhikr), reciting the Quran, and associating with righteous people. The divorce uttered by a person afflicted with obsessive-compulsive disorder (waswas) who has reached your state is not valid, so do not pay attention to these delusions. Imam Al-Shafi'i said: "And whoever is overcome in his intellect by an innate disposition or an accidental ailment, which he did not bring upon himself through disobedience, is not obligated by divorce, nor prayer, nor legal punishments. This is like the imbecile, the insane, the obsessive, and the delirious." So, if an obsessive person pronounces divorce while overcome in his intellect, the divorce is not binding upon him.
