Is one who tampers with his penis and then ejaculates unintentionally as sinful as one who ejaculates intentionally?

Thus, enjoyment is only permitted with one's wife or female slave. This act involves the expulsion of fluid and the arousal of lust in an improper context without excuse, whether one intends ejaculation or not. It is also not permissible to do it merely for desire without intending ejaculation."
