Is a person with psychosis who is aware of his actions held accountable for looking at forbidden things (ʿawrah) if his medication intensifies his sexual urges and he has no means to marry, and fasting increases his sexual urges?

If a patient is of sound mind, they are obligated by religious duties, and it is forbidden for them to look at nakedness. They must consult their doctor if the medication increases their desire, so that an alternative can be prescribed. They must also diligently engage in remembrance (dhikr) and supplication (du'a), and occupy themselves with beneficial matters. If fasting increases their desire, they must be patient and supplicate, abandon forbidden things, and hasten to marry if possible.
