Is a nursing mother's disobedience considered an act of disrespect (uquq), and is she to be regarded as a parent?

Disobeying a wet nurse is not considered an act of disobedience (uquq) that incurs sin, nor is she in the same standing as one's mother. However, she should be prioritized in kindness and honor over strangers. This is supported by the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, who spread his cloak for his foster sister, Al-Shayma, out of honor for her, and interceded for his foster uncle to return those who had been taken captive from among them.
