Is there any obligation upon the hajj pilgrim who hastened and threw the pebbles after sunset due to traffic congestion, and who intends to travel the following day?

The pilgrim who wishes to hasten his departure from Mina by stoning on two of the Days of Tashreeq must depart from Mina before sunset. If he stones after sunset, or departs from Mina after it, he is obligated to spend the night in Mina on the 13th night and stone the Pillars the following day after Dhuhr. In this case, he must offer a sacrifice (a sheep slaughtered in Mecca for the poor of the Haram) for abandoning the stoning of the third day. As for abandoning the stay in Mina on the 13th night, it entails feeding a poor person a mudd of food.
