The cure for obsessive whispers (waswas) is to ignore them and not pay them any mind. If you doubt the emission of something like wind, or vaginal discharge, or pre-seminal fluid (madhy), do not pay attention to this doubt, and do not rule that anything has been emitted unless you have absolute certainty. If certainty is achieved, then perform ablution (wudu') and pray, and do not delay the prayer past its time. If you doubt whether the emitted substance is madhy or vaginal discharge, consider it vaginal discharge, which is pure but nullifies ablution. If you are certain that an impurity has been emitted and you are unable to remove it, then perform ablution and pray according to your condition. Its removal is excused for you due to inability.
