Does this conform to the consensus of the Ahl al-Sunnah wal-Jama'ah, and did the husband err in allowing her to travel alone by train for a distance of 80 kilometers?

A wife must obey her husband and stay in her home. It is not permissible for her to leave without his permission, and if he forbids her from leaving, she must comply. The husband erred by permitting his wife to travel without a mahram, and both of them must repent and seek forgiveness. The wife must fear Allah and obey her husband in what he commands her, and not insist on traveling as long as her husband forbids it. She should be content with communicating with her father by phone or other means.
