Is it permissible for someone who practices tattooing as a profession and wishes to embrace Islam to continue in their profession to support themselves and their family, especially if this has been their sole profession for 15 years?

Indeed, the greatest of God's blessings is guiding a servant to religion and opening their heart to faith. One must embrace Islam immediately, without hesitation, for it is the path to happiness and salvation. Islam liberates a person from constraints and instills the certainty that God is the Sustainer and Sufficient for those who fear Him, as happened with Umm Ismail when she became certain that God would not abandon her. One should not fear poverty when repenting and abandoning the unlawful, for Satan promises poverty while God promises forgiveness and bounty, and reality proves that lawful provision opens up for those who fear God.
