Are the fees earned from a case of evicting a tenant—in which cleaning fees were claimed for a period exceeding the actually due duration, bearing in mind that the tenant had not paid any of the due amounts—considered unlawful (haram), and are the fees from other cases, whose charges were paid from those initial fees, also considered unlawful?

"Authorization in legal disputes is permissible as long as it does not involve immorality or an attempt to seize what is not rightfully due, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: 'If he disputes, he acts immorally.' The agent must not demand anything except what is rightfully due to the principal. If the tenant deserves eviction, then the lawyer's fees are lawful, but with the sin of lying and disputing falsely, and one must repent to Allah for that."
