What is the ruling on one who urinates inside their room at night due to fear of going to the bathroom?

Islam has urged cleanliness, purity, and avoidance of impurities. Therefore, it is not appropriate, nor is it permissible, to intentionally urinate inside a room, as this would defile it, unless there is a religious justification such as fear or the like. In this latter case, a receptacle should be used for urination.
