The question

Will the wife be sinful due to the continuation of marital disputes and the cessation of communication after her return from Hajj, knowing that she always takes the initiative to end these disputes, or should she seek Khul' (divorce initiated by the wife) or request a divorce to avoid sin after Hajj?

The answer

A person is held accountable only for their own actions and is not held accountable for the wrongdoing of another, as Allah Almighty says: "And every soul earns not [consequences] except for itself, and no bearer of burdens will bear the burden of another." The righteous wife bears no sin for her husband's actions, disagreements, or estrangement. She has done well by initiating reconciliation and being eager to perform Hajj. So, let her go for Hajj, and we ask Allah that she returns as pure as the day her mother gave birth to her. The majority of jurists do not permit a woman to go for a voluntary Hajj without her husband's permission. It is recommended to supplicate for the husband and advise him kindly, or through close relatives.
