Does touching the penis after bathing and performing ablution invalidate the ablution?

The majority of scholars are of the opinion that touching the private parts with the palm or fingers without a barrier nullifies ablution, based on the hadith of Busra bint Safwan: "Whoever touches his private parts, let him perform ablution." Al-Bukhari stated that this is the most authentic hadith on this matter.
