What is the Sharia ruling regarding a husband who works as an Imam and preacher, but frequents places of corruption, flirts with non-mahram women, and neglects his wife?

If what is mentioned about the husband concerning reprehensible acts is true, then his actions are丑陋, especially since he preaches to Muslims. We advise the wife to be patient with him and to supplicate for him frequently, and to strive to reform him through admonition and guidance, and by reminding him of Allah’s fear, and to seek assistance from someone whose words he accepts, and to pay attention to the husband and the affairs of his home. We caution that working in a restaurant that serves alcoholic beverages is impermissible. If the husband’s work aids in the consumption of alcohol, then his earnings are unlawful, and it is not permissible to eat from it except out of necessity. Likewise, it is not permissible for a Muslim to attend places of reprehensible acts except for a valid purpose, such as enjoining good and forbidding evil.
