What is the Sharīʿah ruling regarding a wife remaining with a husband who does not pray, is afflicted with fornication, drinks alcohol, hates Islam and Muslim scholars, does not believe in the Prophetic Sunnah, and considers Iblīs to be wronged?

Your husband combines deviant thoughts with evil deeds, and his committing of immoral acts is not surprising. We advise you to do the following:

Increase your supplications for him in his absence, asking Allah to rectify his condition, while continuously advising him and warning him of Allah’s might in a gentle manner. If he does not respond, you may seek the help of righteous people to influence him. If all of that does not benefit him, then it is not permissible for you to remain with him, and his case must be referred to the Sharia court.
