Is a person sinful if they find within themselves racism and disdain towards the people of a certain country, despite their inability to change this feeling, and does the sin persist if this disdain is not translated into words or actions?

Allah Almighty has made Muslims equal and distinguished them by piety. It is not permissible to belittle Muslims; rather, one must show loyalty and love to them according to their faith and piety. "It is enough evil for a man to belittle his Muslim brother." Belittling a Muslim is forbidden, and a Muslim must strive to reform their heart and get rid of this blameworthy trait. For Allah looks at hearts, and if the heart is sound, the whole body will be sound.
