Is what is mentioned in the circulating message about a girl who was miraculously cured and found a piece of cloth asking to spread the message "Lā ʾilāha ʾillā Allah, Muḥammadun Rasūl Allah" (There is no god but Allah, Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah) to 12 people, and the consequent attainment of good for those who spread it and harm for those who neglect it, true?

This message and others like it are evidence of many Muslims' distance from their religion and their ignorance of its Sharia, as well as the dominance of devils over them. The Prophet (peace be upon him) informed us that lying would become widespread. The content of this message is among the lies that have become widespread after the blessed generations. Therefore, it is not permissible to believe it or act upon what it contains; rather, it is obligatory to warn against it.
