Is it permissible to divorce one's wife if she states that her husband's male organ is smaller than that of another man, and the husband considers this an insult?

If the wife is righteous and the marital life is stable, then she should not be divorced without a reason. Divorce is detested in Islamic law and may be disliked or forbidden if it is without need, based on the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "There should be neither harming nor reciprocating harm."
