Is a woman considered divorced if she describes her husband as "pimp of prostitutes," or "pimp," or "cuckold," and is she subject to the Hadd (punishment) for slander?

The wife is not considered divorced or an accuser by what she said to her husband, but she is sinful if she does not have proof or evidence for her accusations. Her action goes against what the Sharia (definition) commanded regarding a wife's obedience to her husband and her kindness towards him. Her insulting him is a grave sin from which she must repent. By this, she is considered disobedient (nashiz) by some scholars, and thus she is not entitled to maintenance (nafaqa) or housing (sukna).
