What is the cure for a Muslim's feeling of scarcity in weeping out of fear of Allah after Allah has blessed him with guidance, and he has come to fear that his acts of worship have turned into mere habits?

Weeping out of fear of Allah is among the virtuous deeds and causes for expiation of sins. So, praise Allah for what He has bestowed upon you.

To induce weeping, reflect upon the Names and Attributes of Allah, the intensity of His wrath and punishment for transgressors, and remember Hellfire and its horrors.

Increase your remembrance of death, follow funeral processions, and witness those on their deathbeds; for indeed, that softens the heart.

Ponder your shortcomings and negligence towards your Lord.

The soul has times of eagerness and times of reluctance; this is natural. So, utilize its eager moments for increased obedience, and avoid unlawful acts during its times of weakness.
