If the brother wishes to reside with his sister in her house, she has the right to refuse. However, if the sister lives in a house she inherited from her father and it has not yet been divided, she does not have the right to exclusively benefit from it and prevent her brother; for the inheritance is a right for all heirs, and it is not permissible for any heir to monopolize residence in the inherited property without the permission of the others.
