Is it permissible to perform ablution (Wudu') and prayer (Salat) with clotted blood in the nose that cannot be removed for fear of renewed bleeding?

The impurity inside the nose must be washed, because it takes the ruling of the outer part of the body. Prayer is not valid with blood inside the nose unless it is a small, excusable amount, or if the bleeding is continuous and does not stop before the prayer time expires, in which case the prayer is performed and is valid. There is no need to repeat prayers that were performed with the impurity of blood due to ignorance. Wudu is not nullified by the emission of blood from other than the two exits (urinary and anal passages).
