Does the mixing of nosebleed with water for ablution (Wudu') or ritual bath (Ghusl) not render them impure, and therefore validate the Wudu' and Ghusl from Janabah, if we rely on the opinion of Sheikh Ibn 'Uthaymeen regarding the purity of human blood?

Shaykh Ibn Uthaymeen’s view on the purity of human blood that exits from other than the two private parts is a weak opinion. The majority of scholars hold that blood is impure absolutely. Therefore, if nosebleed blood mixes with water and changes one of its characteristics, the water becomes impure and it is not permissible to use it. However, if it does not change it, then according to Ibn Uthaymeen’s view, it is permissible to purify oneself with it. Ablution (wudu) and ritual bathing (ghusl) are valid for a person with nosebleed, because the removal of impurity is not a condition for lifting ritual impurity (hadath) according to most scholars, as long as it does not form a barrier.
