Is it permissible to perform the Sunnah rawatib prayers (6 rak'ahs) after Dhuhr if it was not possible to perform them with Dhuhr due to work circumstances?

There is no objection to a woman performing Sunnah prayers or other prayers in the presence of non-mahram men, especially when there is no other place to pray. She must cover what is obligatory to cover after despairing of finding a place that conceals her from the eyes of men.
