What is the ruling on correcting the deviation and width of the tip of the nose if it causes embarrassment and avoidance of people, knowing that what is required is to remove the deviation and raise it slightly to be level with the other nostril, and not to make it smaller?

Cosmetic surgeries sought for the purpose of increasing beauty and comeliness are impermissible, as they constitute altering Allah's creation. However, those performed to remove a defect or a disfiguring blemish that clearly mars one's appearance are permissible. Therefore, if the deviation in the nose reaches the extent of disfigurement, and the questioner wishes to remove this disfigurement, not seeking beauty or comeliness, then there is no blame upon her.
