What is the ruling on my prayer while prostatic fluid (wadi) continues to be discharged, and is there a way to stop it, and is my ruling the same as that of one who suffers from urinary incontinence (sals al-wadi)?

If the discharge (wady) is continuous, such that you do not find a time for prayer with proper purification, then it is considered incontinence. A person afflicted with incontinence should clean themselves, take precautions, and perform ablution for each prayer after its time has begun. Whatever exits during the prayer does not harm them, and their prayer is valid. This matter is easy and does not warrant worry, nor is it necessarily a punishment from God, for incontinence afflicts the righteous and others alike.
