What is the ruling on continuous discharge of prostatic fluid (madhy) for long hours without arousal? Is this considered سلس ( سلس البول)? And what is the ruling on missed prayers in this situation? Is it obligatory to purify oneself, perform ablution (wudu'), and wash clothes for every prayer? And is it permissible to check the penis after prayer to ensure nothing has exited?

One must be careful not to give in to obsessive thoughts. There is no need to video-record the prayer or repeat it, as long as it has been performed with all its pillars and obligations, based on the Prophet’s (peace be upon him) saying: "Prayer is not to be repeated twice in one day." If you suffer from incontinence (sals), it suffices to perform ablution for each prayer and pray with the congregation whenever possible. It is not permissible to abandon prayer, delay it, or perform it alone. Rather, one must observe it on time and make up for any missed prayers. The prayers performed during incontinence discharge one's responsibility. Any pillars or obligations that a worshiper is unable to perform are waived, and their prayer remains valid.
