What is the legal ruling for a person who experiences frequent prostatic fluid discharge (madhy) that exits intermittently and without arousal, due to prostatitis? Is he considered to be afflicted with madhy incontinence? How should he purify himself and pray? Is his prayer valid if madhy exits during or upon it? What should he do regarding congregational prayers, night prayers (qiyam al-layl), and reading the Quran?

The ruling for one who suffers from سلس (incontinence) applies to you. You should perform ablution (wudu') after the time for the prayer has begun and pray with that ablution whatever obligatory and supererogatory prayers you wish until that prayer time expires. What comes out of you will not harm you. You should also take precautions by placing a cloth, except according to the Maliki school. If you know that the discharge will stop at a specific time sufficient for purification and prayer, then wait until then to perform ablution and pray. Your ablution for the 'Isha prayer can be used to pray the night vigil (qiyam al-layl) as long as it is not invalidated by another factor.
