Do previous actions before marriage—such as inserting the male organ into the vaginas of girls before puberty, and kissing and embracing after puberty that are "less than fornication"—prevent a man from getting married out of fear that his repentance will not be accepted, based on hadiths like "Whoever commits zina will have it committed against him" and "Be chaste concerning the women of people, and your women will be chaste"?

Whoever committed sins after reaching puberty must repent with a sincere repentance. If their repentance fulfills its conditions, it is certainly accepted, and they become as if they had no sin, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The one who repents from sin is like one who has no sin." So let him marry and fear nothing, and let him have a good opinion of his Lord. What occurred before puberty is not held against him, and what occurred after puberty in terms of fornication of the limbs is a sin for which he is accountable, so let him repent to his Lord from all of this.
