How can one repent from repeatedly committing fornication with a married man, due to whom I lost my virginity? And does marrying him after repentance constitute an injustice to his wife and children, and prevent blessings? Or is it permissible to accept another suitor, after undergoing a hymen repair surgery, taking into consideration familial opposition and suffering from Borderline Personality Disorder?

Allah's mercy is vast, and with His forgiveness, no sin is too great. Therefore, one who has sinned should not despair of Allah's mercy. Rather, they should have a good opinion of Him, sever their ties with forbidden acts, and be wary of Satan's whispers. They should associate with righteous people. What they experience in terms of psychological, material, or health conditions does not necessarily have to be due to sin; rather, it could be a trial that expiates evil deeds and raises one's rank. The marriage of a fornicator to the woman with whom he fornicated is permissible, provided there is repentance and istibra' (ensuring the womb is clear). It is advisable to marry someone of good religious commitment and character. Hymenorrhaphy (repairing the hymen) is not permissible. One must conceal oneself by using evasive language if the husband discovers the hymen is no longer intact. There is no harm in marrying someone with whom one has fornicated if no harm results from it, and obedience to parents is not obligatory if their refusal has no legitimate শরعي basis, for repentance erases what came before it.
