What is the ruling on praying while experiencing vaginal discharge resulting from inflammation and that has been continuous for five years? And what is the reason for trembling and reading interference during prayer and Quran recitation?

If the discharge stops for a period sufficient for Wudu' (ablution) and prayer, then it nullifies Wudu' and invalidates the prayer when it exits. The prayers performed under such conditions must be made up.

However, if the discharge is continuous and does not stop, it is considered سلس ( سلس البول - urinary incontinence / سلس الريح - flatulence / سلس المذي - pre-seminal fluid / سلس الدم - abnormal uterine bleeding, etc., here it is discharge), and it does not nullify Wudu' if the woman performs Wudu' for each prayer after its time has begun, along with cleaning the affected area.

It is recommended to make up prayers whose validity is doubtful.

As for trembling during prayer, it could be due to a physical condition or from Satan. Therefore, it is advisable to consult a doctor, and to increase in remembrance of Allah (Dhikr) and reading the Qur'an.
