Does the emission of pre-seminal fluid (madhy) during a Ramadan day break the fast after watching a sexually arousing scene?
Scholars have differed concerning one who experiences madhy (pre-seminal fluid) due to repeated looking (at something unlawful). The sounder of the two opinions is that this does not invalidate the fast. It is obligatory for a Muslim to refrain from looking at that which Allah the Almighty has forbidden, because unlawful looking is even more prohibited in Ramadan. Allah the Almighty says: (Tell the believing men to lower their gaze and guard their private parts) [An-Nur: 30]. And the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "Whoever does not abandon false speech and acting upon it, Allah has no need of him abandoning his food and drink."
