Is it permissible to take out a loan from an usurious bank to buy a house in order to avoid anticipated problems when living with parents, especially since there are no Islamic banks in the country?

It is not permissible to take a loan with interest (riba), for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, cursed the one who consumes riba, the one who gives it, the one who writes it down, and its two witnesses. The desire to buy a house is not a necessity that permits what is forbidden, as long as renting a place to live is possible.
