Filial piety towards a parent does not cease due to their disbelief (kufr). Therefore, one must honor them in matters that do not involve disobedience to Allah, as Allah the Almighty says: {But if they endeavor to make you associate with Me that of which you have no knowledge, do not obey them, but accompany them in [this] world with appropriate kindness.} [Luqman: 15]
Wealth acquired through unlawful means must be disposed of by spending it on the welfare of Muslims. Children should not partake of it unless they are in need.
It is obligatory to advise the parent gently and to warn them with the texts of revelation, to ask Allah for their guidance, and to seek help from those who can influence them.
If it is feared that the parent will harm others through sorcery, they must be warned. If they do not desist, they must be reported.
What has been said regarding advising the parent applies to their spouse and to anyone who spreads misguidance.
The guardianship (wilayah) of a sorcerer over their ward is not permissible according to those who deem them a disbeliever, for Allah the Almighty says: {And never will Allah grant the disbelievers a way over the believers.} [An-Nisa: 141]
