It is permissible for the oppressed to supplicate against their oppressor to the extent of the injustice, without transgression. However, forgiveness and overlooking are better. Abandoning a Muslim for more than three nights is forbidden, unless there is a legitimate شرعي reason, such as someone who harms a person's religion or worldly affairs. There is no harm in abandoning an oppressor if they persist in their injustice after being advised. Seeking supplication against an oppressor to the extent of their transgression is permissible, but forgiveness is better, as supplicating against the oppressor lightens their burden.
