Must a daughter open her room to her mother who violates her privacy, and is it permissible for a mother to threaten and harm her daughter, and are cursing, insulting, and reviling permissible?

Your heartfelt dislike for your mother due to her actions carries no sin, for matters of the heart are not held accountable unless they lead to a word or deed, as Allah Almighty says: "but only for what your hearts have deliberately intended."

Nevertheless, a mother's right is great, and you should seek excuses for her, be kind to her, and accustom your heart to loving her. You have done well by being patient and dutiful towards her.

As for your mother opening your room and looking into your private affairs, that is not her right. However, you should deal with her wisely, gently, and protect your privacy.

We advise you to pray for her frequently, asking Allah to improve her condition. You can also seek help from those who have influence with her to advise her.
