Will a person be held accountable for not sharing his creative works with colleagues due to his fear of envy and malice, even though he could distribute them electronically?

"Whoever conceals knowledge that people need commits a grave sin, based on the Almighty’s saying: 'Indeed, those who conceal what We sent down of clear proofs and guidance after We made it clear for the people in the Scripture – those are cursed by Allah and cursed by those who curse.' Furthermore, disseminating knowledge earns continuous reward after death, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: 'When a person dies, all his deeds cease except for three: a continuous charity, knowledge from which benefit is gained, or a righteous child who supplicates for him.' Therefore, the Islamic magazine should be circulated among female colleagues if they will benefit from it, and there should be no fear of envy, as there are preventive measures that can be taken."
