What is the ruling on computer games involving shooting monsters, knowing that the characters in these games are sentient beings (men and women)?

It is permissible to play computer games if they are free of Sharia prohibitions, such as not distracting from the remembrance of Allah and prayer, being free of gambling, music, and images of裸 (nude) women, and not leading to enmity. Playing them is not forbidden due to the presence of images of animate beings within them, based on the permissibility of looking at images.
