What is the truth regarding the birth of Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib by the splitting of the Kaaba wall for Fatima bint Asad, her remaining inside for three nights, and then its splitting again for her exit? And is this birth considered a karama (miracle/divine favor) for Ali, making it superior to the births of prophets and messengers, including the Messenger Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace?

Hakim ibn Hizam was born inside the Kaaba and lived for 120 years. Al-Hakim mentioned that Mus'ab ibn Abdullah narrated that Hakim's mother, Fakhitah bint Zuhair, gave birth to him inside the Kaaba after labor pains seized her there. He also stated that no one was born in the Kaaba before or after him. However, Al-Hakim corrected Mus'ab by saying that numerous reports confirmed that Fatimah bint Asad gave birth to Ali ibn Abi Talib inside the Kaaba.
