If the aforementioned games contain prohibited elements such as musical instruments and forbidden images, then it is forbidden to sell or view them. However, if they are free of these prohibitions, then there is no harm in them. It is not permissible to copy programs whose owners explicitly state the preservation of their rights without their permission. But if there is no text preventing copying, downloading, and using, then there is no objection to copying and selling them, provided that their content is permissible.
