Severe anger does not prevent the enforceability of divorce unless it removes one's sanity. Therefore, if the husband utters an explicit divorce while not overcome by his anger to the point of losing his mind, the divorce takes effect. If this was the first divorce, he has the right to take back his wife during her 'iddah (waiting period). The revocation occurs simply by the husband uttering it, and it does not require the wife's consent or her presence at the registrar's office.

If the husband does not fast Ramadan without a valid excuse, he is committing a major sin. If he watches forbidden films and asks his wife to watch them with him, she is not permitted to obey him in that. If the husband does not repent from these sins, it is better for the wife to separate from him through divorce or khulu‘.
