What is the ruling of the Sharia on raising a Muslim girl who has been abused by her family within the care of another Muslim family?

Sponsoring this girl and her siblings and raising them with an Islamic upbringing is better than leaving them in environments that might corrupt their religion and morals, for Allah Almighty says: (So whoever does an atom's weight of good will see it). This girl is in the position of an orphan. It is important to note that it is not permissible to look at her or be alone with her once she reaches puberty, and the rulings of a non-mahram woman apply to her.
