What is the ruling on the congregants repeating (Haqqa, Nashhad, Ya Allah) after the Imam's supplication in Qunoot, and is it permissible to raise hands in Qunoot of Fajr or Witr, and is it permissible to raise hands and say the Takbir aloud behind the Imam for every Takbir in the funeral prayer, as well as in the Takbirs of the two Eids?

It is legislated to say "Ameen" to the supplication in Qunoot, and it is sufficient to remain silent when praising Allah. It is permissible to say "Subhanak" (Glory be to You) or "Subhanah" (Glory be to Him) when praising Allah. The hands are raised in the Qunoot supplication and during the takbeers of the funeral prayer and the two Eid prayers.
