Does one incur sin if they carry a phone containing the Holy Qur'an into impure places, such as the bathroom, or during intercourse, or if there is ritual impurity like pre-seminal fluid (madhy), semen, or urine? And what are the consequences?

A mobile phone does not take the ruling of a Mus'haf (copy of the Quran), even if it contains written or recorded Quran. Therefore, there is no objection to answering the phone while relieving oneself. However, speaking in this situation is disliked (makrooh). One should not stand up before completely finishing relieving oneself to avoid the spread of impurity or obsessive thoughts (waswas).
