Is prayer in the Noble Rawdah more rewarding than prayer in any other part of the Prophet's Mosque?

The Noble Rawdah (Ar-Rawdah Ash-Sharifah) is the area located between the Prophet's house and his minbar. Several hadiths mention its virtues, among them the Prophet's (PBUH) saying: "What is between my house and my minbar is a garden from the gardens of Paradise."

Scholars have differed on the meaning of it being "a garden from the gardens of Paradise." Some said that it will literally be transferred to Paradise, while others believed that worshiping in it leads to Paradise. Still others held that it is a metaphor for the mercy and happiness that descend upon it.

It is recommended to pray in the Noble Rawdah. The Prophet (PBUH) used to seek to pray near one of its pillars (known as the Pillar of the Muhajireen or Aisha). Scholars have recommended increasing supererogatory prayers in the Rawdah.

The virtue of prayer in the Rawdah is specific to supererogatory and voluntary prayers. As for congregational prayers, the front rows are better, even if the Rawdah is behind them. The reward of multiplication by a thousand prayers is not exclusive to the Noble Rawdah but includes the entire Prophet's Mosque. So, whoever prays anywhere in the Prophet's Mosque, their prayer is equivalent to a thousand prayers.
