What is the ruling on temporary marriage with the sole intention of having children, without informing the husband of this intention and without stipulating divorce after childbirth?

We advise you not to marry a man who is most likely infertile, except in case of necessity, because procreation is one of the great objectives of marriage. Also, it is not permissible for you to consider marrying another man with the intention of divorcing him after bearing children, as divorce is in the hands of the husband, and the wife’s intention regarding divorce is not considered. If you were to be divorced, it is not guaranteed that the first man would accept to marry you after you become a divorcee with children. Therefore, we advise you to search for another righteous man, and there is no harm in that, within the bounds of Islamic etiquette.
