Must the fast of the days of Shawwal be redone if the fasters in the mosque broke their fast after the adhan that was called ten minutes before its time, and is the congregational prayer valid if it is established three minutes before the entry of its time?

For a fasting person to break their fast and for the Maghrib prayer to be established, it is a condition to ensure that the sun has set. This is based on the Almighty's saying: "Then complete the fast until the night" (Quran 2:187), and the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "When you see the night approaching from this side, then the fasting person should break his fast." If fasting people break their fast or pray Maghrib before sunset, their fast is invalidated, their prayer is void, and they must make up for it. Those in charge of the mosque must be advised to adhere to the prescribed time, and one should seek another mosque if they do not comply.
