Is breaking the fast at the time of the Maghrib Adhan incorrect, leading us to break the fast before the proper time, based on Allah's saying: "Then complete the fast until the night"?

Night begins with the setting of the sun, and a fasting person does not break their fast until the setting of the sun is confirmed or highly probable. If it becomes apparent that the fast was broken before sunset, then making up that day is obligatory according to the majority of scholars, and this is the more cautious approach.
