Is our fasting valid when we break it at the Maghrib call to prayer, even though Allah said: "Then complete the fast until the night"?

There is no contradiction between the verse and a fasting person breaking their fast after sunset, because night begins with sunset and ends with the emergence of dawn. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "When the night approaches, and the day retreats, and the sun sets, then the fasting person has broken his fast." This means that when the sun sets, night enters, and it becomes permissible for the fasting person to break their fast.
